Dear musicians,
We cordially invite you to take part in our survey on the income situation of freelance musicians in Austria.
This survey builds on the study conducted by IG Freie Musikschaffende in 2022 and is intended to highlight current changes, developments and the need for action. It also sheds light on working realities and sources of income - also beyond the music sector - and is thus intended to create a sound basis for further studies and comparisons.
Your participation helps
- to strengthen the visibility and position of independent music professionals,
- to collect important data on the current income situation and social situation
and thus actively support the work of the interest groups and their negotiating position vis-à-vis politicians and the relevant funding bodies.
Anonymous participation takes about 20 minutes.
