"IGFM does very important work to ensure that freelance artists are treated fairly and equally.
Freelance musicians have few prospects at the moment, a whole month without any concerts can mean absolute financial hardship for many, as freelance musicians are only paid for concerts they have actually played. Government support and funds to quickly compensate for the lost income are therefore crucial!
The education and advice that IGFM provides to both artists and politicians is great and I fully support them in this."
